Harris County received federal Community Development Block Grant – Mitigation (CDBG-MIT) funds to help communities recover from disasters and reduce future flood risk. Managing that construction work takes specialized engineers. These contracts keep that work moving forward.
The county would renew one-year contracts with two firms — Ardurra Group, Inc. and Stuart Consulting Group, Inc. — each at $2.
