The Jessie Ball duPont Fund announced two new leadership hires to strengthen their work supporting communities. Elle Hempen joins as Vice President of Programs and will lead the team that gives grants and builds partnerships. She previously founded a successful government technology company and worked for the Obama Administration at the EPA.
Carmen Warner becomes Senior Financial Analyst, bringing nearly 20 years of financial experience including 11 years with the Alfred I. duPont Charitable Trust. Both leaders will help the duPont Fund make bigger, deeper investments in creating economic opportunities for all residents in the communities they serve, including Jacksonville.
The Fund focuses on the power of place and building communities where everyone belongs.
These strategic hires support the organization's refined strategy for more effective grantmaking, partnership development, and measuring impact.
