The Ecosystem Cards are a special set of cards that help people, teams, and organizations learn how to work together better by copying how nature works. Just like how plants, animals, and other living things in a forest or ocean all help each other survive, these cards teach groups how to connect and support each other. The cards guide users through three main steps: first, understanding how things work now in their community or network; second, imagining what they want the future to look like; and third, trying small experiments to make positive changes.
The cards were created by two organizations working together: resense360 and the International Alumni Center in Berlin, Germany. This tool is especially helpful for people who want to build stronger networks and communities, whether they're working on social issues, running organizations, or trying to bring different groups together. The cards are free to download and can be used by anyone who wants to learn how to create more connected and effective partnerships.
