All In Together (AIT) is a nonprofit group that helps women learn how to get involved in their communities and government. Since 2014, they have trained women from all backgrounds to become confident leaders, no matter what political party they support. AIT focuses especially on helping women of color, rural women, and women with lower incomes who have been left out of leadership roles.
They offer free workshops that teach women how government works and how to speak up for their communities. The organization runs leadership groups where women work together to create change in their local areas. AIT also does research to understand what stops women from getting involved in civic life and publishes reports about their findings.
They partner with other groups to make sure diverse women's voices are heard in government decisions. Their work helps more women feel ready to organize, speak out, and lead in their communities. AIT believes democracy works best when everyone has a chance to participate, especially people whose voices haven't been heard before.
